Agreement between the customer and Carp Fishing Socials.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website and making any booking.

You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you make a booking on this web site. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions you should not book on via this website. Any queries please email lauren@carpfishingsocials.co.uk.

Our Terms:

The price of your social is fully guaranteed. In the event you cancel your confirmed booking, it can only be accepted in writing from the person who placed the booking and the following will apply:

PERIOD BEFORE DEPARTURE || CANCELLATION CHARGE
More than 14 weeks – DEPOSIT ONLY
10-14 weeks – 50% OF TOTAL COST
Less than 10 weeks – 100% OF TOTAL COST

VENUE CANCELLATIONS

Should a fishery be forced to cancel a lake exclusive booking due to unforeseen weather events, spawning cycles, acts of nature or other circumstances outside of our control, the customer will be provided with CFS site credit in the amount equivalent to the payment made for the cancelled trip. The credit may be applied towards any future bookings with no end date across any of our UK or European socials. We regret any inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control. The health and safety of the fishery and our customers remains our top concern in such situations.

PAYMENT PLANS

On our socials, we offer payment plans, the dates specified are the latest we can receive the payment, failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your trip.

Please note when booking onto a social the deposits are strictly non refundable, so please make sure you are committed before booking.

Whenever possible, any changes to the booking requested after the confirmation of booking will be accommodated. Depending on the changes charges could be incurred.

The social booked cannot be assigned. Only persons named on the booking form are permitted to fish.
